The Go To Market (GTM) team at OpenAI has a unique mission to help customers understand the deep impact that highly capable AI models can bring to their business and users.

We are seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to help guide our GTM strategy and drive operational efficiency to accomplish this mission.

This role plays a critical part in streamlining processes, optimizing efficiency, and providing insights necessary for strategic decision-making.

You'll work closely with solution strategists, sellers, finance, enablement, and leadership to drive operational efficiencies that will help accelerate customer and organization success.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the GTM team.
  2. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
  3. Work closely with technical teams to implement processes systematically and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  4. Collaborate with the sales leadership to ensure alignment with overall business objectives and provide data-driven recommendations for territory adjustments.

This position requires strong analytical skills with a focus on attention to detail, experience in revenue operations or strategy at a high-growth technology company, proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel), and exceptional project management skills.
