Guest Service Coordinator

We are seeking a Guest Service Coordinator to join our team at Far East Organization. This is a unique opportunity for you to showcase your exceptional hospitality skills and dedication to delivering world-class service.
Key Responsibilities:- Clean and maintain guest rooms, carpets, flooring, wallpapers, furniture, and bathrooms daily, adhering to hotel standards and procedures.
- Perform duties in a courteous, safe, and efficient manner, aligning with hotel and government policies and procedures.
- Equip the trolley with adequate supplies and maintain it in a neat and tidy condition at all times.
- Assist with laundry duties, collecting and delivering guest laundry, counting soiled linen, and distributing clean linen.
- Report suspicious persons or actions, mark 'Do Not Disturb' rooms according to procedures, and accurately report room discrepancies following standard protocol.
- Clean public areas within the hotel premises and undertake special projects, such as carpet shampooing and stock-taking.
- Able to work rotating shifts and a 6-day workweek.
- Able to work under pressure and be detail-oriented.
- Able to converse in Basic English for effective communication with guests and colleagues.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
The estimated salary for this position is SGD $3,200 - $4,500 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
