Strategic Customer Insights Director

The role of the Strategic Customer Insights Director is pivotal in driving business objectives through data-driven solutions. This position involves leading a team to develop actionable insights that inform business decisions.

Key responsibilities include overseeing operational and executive-level reporting suites, focusing on performance measurement, product development, and market surveys. Additionally, this role will involve guiding campaign planning and optimization across various areas of customer management.

  • Leading researchers in conducting large-scale research studies within designated timeframes.
  • Managing a team of researchers, research leaders, programmers, analysts, and statisticians.
  • Acting as a knowledge expert and stakeholder ambassador.
  • Identifying opportunities to add organizational value through research.
  • Planning internal and external resources for research projects.
  • Overseeing content production and thought leadership studies.
  • Reviewing complex client research deliverables.
  • Delivering customer experience monitors to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Holds a degree or equivalent qualification with extensive research experience.
  • Proven track record in market research and customer insights.
  • Ability to design and deliver Thought Leadership projects.
  • Strong communication skills to translate technical analysis into insights.
  • Experience in a mature marketing technology environment, familiarity with survey tools, automation, and machine learning.
  • Knowledge of the financial services sector is desirable.
