Your Role

As a Sales and Operations Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing daily retail operations, managing inventory, leading customer service initiatives, and supporting production and operational tasks. You will work closely with our founders to oversee and shape our overall brand experience and spearhead operational excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Retail Operations: Manage and execute store's day-to-day operations, including opening and closing, cashiering, inventory monitoring, management and replenishments, customer service, sales reporting, visual merchandising, exchanges and returns, goods receiving or delivery
  • People Management: Oversee, manage, and coach part-time retail ambassadors, ensuring smooth scheduling and operations; train and mentor part-timers to maintain high customer service and brand representation
  • Other Operational Support: Assist in production matters, including compiling orders for suppliers, stockists/wholesalers; support and coordinate photoshoots locally and/or overseas, executing them when required
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years of industry experience in retail, fashion, or operations
  • Highly self-motivated, driven, and responsible
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and leadership ability
  • Passionate about purpose-driven businesses and ethical fashion
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple operational functions effectively
  • Able to commit 44 hours a week, which may include one weekend (Sunday and/or Saturday) occasionally
