Project Visionary

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the delivery of high-quality projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Strategy Define project strategies, timelines, and goals. Track progress, manage risks, and resolve issues.

• Financial Governance Set and manage budgets. Control costs, negotiate contracts and change orders.

• Stakeholder & Team Management Liaise with clients, consultants, government agencies, and contractors. Lead project teams and align all parties.

• Quality & Safety Assurance Enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance. Conduct regular site inspections.

• Risk Mitigation Identify risks, implement mitigation plans, and resolve unexpected challenges.

• Continuous Improvement Drive innovation, adopt best practices, and evaluate projects to enhance future performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

• 10+ years managing mid to large-scale construction projects.

• Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

• Knowledge of construction laws, contracts, and safety regulations.

• Ability to lead multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
