Singapore Gymnastics (SG) is offering an opportunity for a self-motivated individual to support the High Performance Manager and Technical Director in striving for excellence in the delivery of the Singapore Gymnastics High Performance Plan.

**Primary Purpose of the Role**:
The High Performance Administrator (HPA) will work closely with SG’s High Performance Manager (HPM) and the High Performance Technical Director (TD) to support the team in delivering on the High Performance Plan by offering excellent administration support and ensure that the development of the athletes and coaches in the National Training Centre will achieve international sporting success at Major Games.

The HPA will focus on strengthening the local High Performance ecosystem, while ensuring a high performing daily training environment (DTE) within the National Training Centre (NTC).

Support the High-Performance Team to deliver the SG High Performance Plan and:

- Ensure the Daily Training Environment (DTE)
- Support the High-Performance Manager in managing the travel and logistics support to the performance teams.
- Ensure the administration processes for the High-Performance projects activities and programmes run smoothly and efficiently.

**Responsibilities**

**Leadership**
- Openly share and distribute information which is relevant to the discipline.
- Promote and inform a long-term ‘whole of sport’ pathway philosophy throughout Singapore.
- Promote and support SG programs, regulations and policies at all times.
- Ensure the TD and relevant staff are briefed on key events, projects, and key issues.
- Produce high quality and professional correspondence, documentation and reports.
- Contribute to a positive organisational culture which is focused on delivering results and excellence in service provision.

**Logistics for National Teams**

Logistics and operations management of all Singapore Gymnastics High Performance events, competitions and camps. Coordinating: travel, accommodation, meals, accreditation, team uniform, visas, entries, event reporting, for National Teams.
- Maintain and update camp and competition files including roles & responsibilities, selection criteria, team lists, programme of events, entries, accreditation information, travel documents, meals, visas, invoices, policies, vetting, availability forms, event reports & budget.
- Coordinate, support and communicate with the High Performance team regularly to ensure the needs of all teams are met.
- In consultation with the HPM and Finance Team maintain and manage the budgets of all team tours and activities.
- Provide regular reports to the TD following events/camps on income and expenditure of operational activity.
- Assist in preparing reports for all High Performance events, competitions and camps.

**National Training Centre**
- Support the HPM with all the NTC administration.
- Be the point of contact regarding all facility bookings.
- Maintain the asset register to monitor all SG assets.
- Implement an equipment maintenance programme to ensure all equipment in the NTC is adequate and fit for purpose.
- Organise and keep stock of all First aid kits and Team Managers materials.
- Maintain the records of all NTC athletes so the SG team can communicate regularly to all members.
- Develop a communication strategy to ensure a centralised and informative communication occurs across all of the NTC.
- Support the HPM to complete all NTC competition entries and paperwork for the NTC.
- Ensure Dropbox is kept up to date with central files to be used across SG.
- Ensure the SG website on all matters relating to the NTC is kept up to date.
- Support the TD to ensure that the applicable SG policies and documents relating to the NTC are implemented, kept up to date and fit for purpose.
- Implement and drive the parent engagement programme.

**SG High Performance Programmes**
- Effective day to day delivering of the performance programmes linked to National Squad and SGDP.
- Assist with the delivery of the coach education and development program to ensure compatible coach education and development.
- Attending meetings where required to support the High Performance Team,
- Maintaining records of all activities and monitoring results against agreed targets.

**National & International Competitions**
- Assist & support with all the technical components of all Selection trials, National Championships, Singapore Open and other sanctioned competitions in conjunction with the National Events Manager and the HPM;
- Competition work plans and work orders
- Judges panels
- Meeting Schedules
- Event Awards
- Venue & equipment logistics

**General Administration**
- Provide a secretariat function to the TD; document preparation, logístical research, budget management, extensive travel itineraries etc.
- In consultation with the TD, HPM and senior coaches, assist in the creation and publication of all HP policies and procedures.
