Reporting Structure:
To the Senior High Performance Executive or person assigned by Technical Director / High Performance Manager, to carry out all roles & responsibilities in consultation with the reporting personnel.
High Performance Support - Main responsibilities:
- Linking with the Finance Team with regards to related invoicing for the above.
- Assist in uploading and update High Performance Players’ participation and results in competitions.
- Manage the logistics and inventories of the sponsored competition attire and equipment for players & officials. Ensuring proper accounting of the “in” and “out”, e.g. shuttlecocks, equipment, attires, and any other sponsored and non-sponsored items.
- To assist in procedures relating to the High Performance Coaches and Players HR.
- Ensure SBA website and social media are updated with relevant news/information from the Performance Team
Other Duties:
- When SBA is organizing any tournament or Selection Trials, to assist in the General Secretariat functions for the tournament.
- As and when assigned by the supervisor and/or CEO / TD / HPM
