Job Description:
We are seeking a diligent and proactive professional to source, negotiate, and procure construction materials, equipment, and services to support our renovation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Find and assess suppliers for construction materials and services.
Evaluate and compare quotations to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
Prepare and issue purchase orders and track order statuses.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with site supervisors for material requirements.
Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with policies.
Liaise with project managers, quantity surveyors, and warehouse teams to support project timelines.
Resolve delivery, quality, or pricing issues with suppliers.

Requirements:
Proven experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in the construction industry.
Good knowledge of building materials, suppliers, and construction project cycles.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software.
Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.
Diploma in Procurement, Business, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
Familiarity with purchasing materials through online platforms.

Preferred:
Ability to communicate in both English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese-speaking suppliers.
