Material Procurement Specialist

The role of Material Procurement Specialist is to oversee the acquisition and supply chain management of materials for our products. This entails ensuring that we maintain an efficient inventory and meet customer delivery expectations. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with suppliers, monitoring demand fluctuations, and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- To strategize, procure, and manage inventory levels to meet customer demands.
- To identify and mitigate risks associated with supplier performance.
- To collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize material planning processes.
- To conduct market research and analyze data to inform procurement decisions.
- To develop and implement training programs to enhance supplier relationships.
- To ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in material procurement or a related field.
- Proficient in MS Office and relevant software applications.
- Familiarity with Airworthiness Certifications and regulations.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
