Lead Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team at Yishun Northpoint Mall.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to take their career to the next level and make a real impact in the food and beverage industry.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant and kitchen operations, managing and motivating staff to deliver excellent customer service, handling staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation, ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards, monitoring inventory, ordering, and cost control, and working closely with management to meet sales targets and improve operations.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of F&B management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of Korean or Asian cuisine operations.

Key Responsibilities
