Talent Acquisition Expert

Job Summary:
- To develop, implement, and maintain effective recruitment strategies that meet hiring needs.
- To collaborate with senior leadership to understand workforce requirements and create hiring plans that align with business objectives.
- To work closely with Hiring Managers to develop or review role profiles for jobs, ensuring they accurately reflect required skills and qualifications.
- To manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing.
- To ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, including completing necessary paperwork and providing any necessary training.
- To facilitate a seamless offboarding process, maintaining a positive relationship with departing employees while protecting the company from potential risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- To source, screen, and select top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
- To negotiate salaries and benefits packages with selected candidates, ensuring they align with industry standards.
- To develop and implement diversity and inclusion strategies to attract underrepresented groups.
- To conduct regular performance reviews with Hiring Managers to evaluate recruitment process effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- To provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support business decisions related to recruitment and talent management.
Requirements:
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field, preferably with at least 2 years of relevant experience in HR.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Superior working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- The ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- Bilingualism in English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking associates.
