Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, from posting job openings to scheduling interviews.

A strong understanding of employer branding initiatives is necessary for this role. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of these initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.

  • Manage Recruitment Process: Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings and interview scheduling.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Assist in finding candidates through job boards, social media, and recruitment agencies.
  • Candidate Communication: Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Job Advertisements: Create and post job advertisements on various platforms to attract top talent.
  • Databased Management: Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment database or applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Screen Resumes: Review applications and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates for interviews.
  • Onboarding Coordination: Support the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and orientation scheduling.
  • Recruitment Reporting: Track recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire, and generate regular reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum Diploma and above.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach.
  • Entry level candidates are welcome to apply, training will be provided.
