Job Title: Hiring Manager
Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our recruitment team as a Hiring Manager. As a key member, you will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end recruitment activities.
Candidate Sourcing : Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and recruitment agencies to find top talent.
Interview Scheduling : Arrange and confirm interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth logistics and seamless communication.
Candidate Communication : Maintain open communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Job Advertisements : Craft compelling job advertisements to attract high-quality candidates.
Database Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our recruitment database or applicant tracking system.
Screen Resumes : Review applications and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates for interviews.
Onboarding Coordination : Support the onboarding process for new hires.
Recruitment Reporting : Track recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire, to measure the success of our recruitment efforts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
A minimum diploma is required, with a strong emphasis on organizational and time management skills, good communication and interpersonal skills, and a customer service-oriented approach.
Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply, with training provided to ensure they excel in their role.
