HR Generalist Job Opportunity

As a key member of our organization's Human Resources team, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of duties to support the hiring and development process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and recruitment agencies to identify top candidates and ensure seamless hiring processes.
  • Conduct thorough preliminary screening, including phone interviews, to assess candidate suitability.
  • Source and organize career fairs and recruitment events to attract potential candidates.
  • Process work visas for foreign staff and extend job offers to selected candidates.
  • Assist in new employee onboarding and maintain accurate data records for new hires and resigned staff.
  • Provide administrative support for HR functions, including leave records, personnel records, payroll, and timesheets.
  • Coordinate clearance procedures for departed staff and compile employee time records.
Requirements:
  • A minimum diploma or degree in Business or Human Resource related field is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is highly desirable.
  • At least four years of experience in HR roles are necessary.
