Position Overview: Wealth Management Sales Director
We are seeking a dynamic Wealth Management Sales Director to lead our initiatives in the private wealth management sector, specifically targeting high net worth individuals and family offices.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the wealth management industry and cultivate a robust network within this market.
- Design and implement strategic plans aimed at enhancing business growth through direct outreach, referral networks, and industry events.
- Acquire extensive knowledge of our offerings, products, and services to effectively address the investment and trading requirements of private wealth clients.
- Facilitate internal enhancements to ensure our platforms, products, and services align with the expectations of private wealth clientele.
- Independently strategize and pursue personal sales objectives while collaborating with team resources across the organization.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with family offices and high net worth clients to foster ongoing partnerships.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in business development roles catering to high net worth clients or family offices in the trading or investment domain.
- A proven history of providing advisory services to private wealth clients regarding investments and asset allocation.
- Self-driven in sales with the ability to manage the complete sales process autonomously.
- Strong expertise in multi-asset classes, particularly in equity trading.
- A quick learner with excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
- Fluency in Mandarin is highly advantageous.
