About the Department
The Retail division is dedicated to delivering tailored financial solutions to both Personal and Business Banking clientele. Our mission is to assist customers in effectively managing their finances and achieving their financial aspirations through a diverse array of products and services, including deposits, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, as well as investment and wealth advisory services.
Personal Financial Services
We are committed to designing and offering products and services that enhance banking convenience for our customers, enabling them to derive maximum value from their financial resources. Our focus is particularly on fostering and nurturing sound saving and investment habits across generations.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will spearhead the development and expansion of the Privilege Banking Franchise, ensuring exceptional service quality and operational efficiency. You will lead, inspire, and manage a team of Client Advisors, driving sales performance to achieve established targets.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for ensuring that your team adheres to the Bank's internal policies, business processes, and regulatory standards, including compliance with the Financial Advisers Act and related legislation.
Qualifications
- A recognized university degree
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in the banking or financial sector, ideally in the sales of financial and investment products
- Strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements
- Proven leadership, people management, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in team management
- Relevant professional accreditation (M1B, M5, M6, M6A, M8, M8A, M9, M9A & HI)
