Department Overview

The Retail Banking division is dedicated to delivering tailored financial solutions to both Personal and Business Banking clients. Our mission is to empower customers in managing their finances effectively and achieving their financial aspirations through a diverse array of products and services, including deposits, insurance, loans, investments, and wealth management advisory.

Personal Financial Services Focus

We curate and provide innovative products and services that enhance customer convenience and maximize the value of their financial resources. Our emphasis is on fostering and nurturing prudent saving and investment habits across various generations.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will spearhead the development and expansion of the Privilege Banking segment, ensuring exemplary service delivery and operational efficiency. You will lead, inspire, and manage a team of Client Advisors to drive sales performance and achieve set objectives.

Additionally, you will oversee the team's compliance with the bank's internal policies, operational processes, and regulatory standards, including adherence to the Financial Advisers Act and related legislation.

Qualifications

  • A recognized university degree
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in the banking or financial services sector, with a focus on sales of financial and investment products
  • Strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance frameworks
  • Exceptional leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in team management
  • Relevant professional certifications (M1B, M5, M6, M6A, M8, M8A, M9, M9A & HI)
