About the Role

The Wealth Manager will be responsible for driving growth in the Affluent and High Net Worth (AHNW) business through strategic initiatives and sales activities.

  • Foster Relationships

The Wealth Manager will foster and deepen relationships with Agency and AFA Sales force to meet and exceed growth targets in terms of AHNW sales productivity and Prestige Club members.

  • Provide Updates and Training

The Wealth Manager will engage Agency and AFA Leaders and FCSs via Districts Meeting to provide regular updates of AHNW Production progress reports and train/share knowledge on best practices on Wealth Management propositions to increase competency and awareness.

  • Support Business Growth

The Wealth Manager will engage Agency and AFA Leaders and FCSs to provide support on AHNW business through Case Discussions and Case Management support.

  • Drive Offshore Business

The Wealth Manager will drive and support Agency and AFA Leaders and FCSs on Offshore business opportunities and initiatives.

  • Provide Training and Support

The Wealth Manager will provide AHNW related/bespoke training and support to Agency and AFA Leaders and FCSs to uplift the competency level of individual districts.

  • Identify New Opportunities

The Wealth Manager will identify and develop new business opportunities or leads generation ideas to create sales platforms.

  • Drive Company Initiatives

The Wealth Manager will involve and work on special initiatives to drive Company's strategic objectives towards Digitalisation and Customer centric agency culture.

  • Implement AHNW Initiatives

The Wealth Manager will drive and implement Company's AHNW initiatives for Agency and AFA including recognition events and campaigns.

  • Liaise with Operational Teams

The Wealth Manager will liaise with Operational teams for AHNW new business applications.

  • Work with Clusters and Districts

The Wealth Manager will work with Clusters and Districts to increase awareness of the Club and retention rate of Prestige Club members through promotion of the Club benefits and privileges.

  • Design and Execute Sales Activities

The Wealth Manager will design, execute and monitor AHNW sales related activities and campaigns to increase productivity and competency.

  • Collaborate with Location BD Team

The Wealth Manager will work closely with respective Location BD Team to roll out sales related activities and campaigns.

  • Develop Sales Aids and Materials

The Wealth Manager will develop and update sales aids & marketing materials as required.

  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Knowledge

The Wealth Manager will have basic knowledge in wealth management tools like Wills, Trusts, Financing, Family Offices, Offshore Regions sales and business proposition process, etc. to further understand the more complex needs of the AHNW client.

  • Undertake Additional Projects

The Wealth Manager will undertake any other projects assigned from time to time assigned by Company to drive growth in the AHNW business.
