As a Client Service Manager at DKSH SINGAPORE PTE. LTD., you will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of client accounts to ensure smooth integration and growth of clients' businesses. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including logistics, sales, and finance, to achieve business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of clients' industries, products, and markets, as well as proven advanced numeracy and quantitative analysis skills. Proficiency in office productivity tools, such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is also essential. Fresh graduates in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate closely with logistics teams to track incoming shipments and ensure inventory levels meet contractual targets.
  • Monitor excess storage charges and inform affected clients accordingly.
  • Provide timely instructions to material management teams for inventory transfers, write-offs, and block actions.
  • Identify key service areas and KPIs based on business contracts and translate them into monthly reports for operation meetings.
  • Liaise with clients to resolve daily problems and maintain high-frequency engagement to build strong working relationships.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate basic understanding of clients' industries and products.
  • Proven advanced numeracy and quantitative analysis skills.
  • Proficiency in office productivity tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Fresh graduates in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management welcome to apply.
