Design Effective Recruitment StrategiesThis person will design and implement effective recruitment strategies, interview processes, and evaluation criteria.
Oversee HR ActivitiesThe Talent Acquisition and Development Lead will oversee all HR activities, ensuring seamless communication, reporting, and documentation.

RequirementsTo excel as a Talent Acquisition and Development Lead, you should possess:
- Minimum 5 Years of Relevant Experience
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
