Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Multinational Corporation Experience: Proven track record of driving business expansion and capturing market share in fast-developing regions where demand for medical devices is increasing, and experience leading cross-country teams.
  • Strategic Thinking: Analytical and problem-solving skills, able to navigate complex challenges with ease.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, fostering strong and effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Change Agent: Able to deal confidently with ambiguity, motivate people through transformation, and mobilize teams to action.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English and preferably the local language of the designated country.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
