Job Details

The Helpdesk professional will collaborate with end users, IT teams and vendors to ensure timely resolution of issues reported and requested.

Candidates with 3-4 years of experience in Helpdesk roles are required.

  • Proficient with MS Office products.
  • Knowledge of IT Services including desktop, software and Excel reporting capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage user inquiries, emails and tickets in Remedy.
  • Handle complex IT queries and requests within a matrix environment or Operational Line experience.
  • Understand one or more disciplines: Open Systems, Mainframe, Storage, Network, Web/Application/Middleware services, Service Management functions, or Application Development.
Skills and Qualifications
  • MS Office proficiency.
  • IT Service knowledge including desktop, software and reporting skills.
