Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Helpdesk Operations Specialist to manage technology ticketing and resolve IT issues impacting group businesses across Asia Pacific, Europe, and North America.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage technology ticketing and troubleshoot complex IT queries in a matrix environment.
  • Collaborate with end users, IT support staff, and vendors to ensure timely resolution of issues and requests.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in working with IT Helpdesk roles.
  • Proficient in MS Office products and IT services such as desktop, software, and Excel reporting.
  • Fluent in English and excellent communication skills.

Essential Skills:

  • Above-average written and oral communication skills.
  • ITIL Foundation certification is preferred.

Technical Skills:

  • Understanding of one or more disciplines: Open Systems, Mainframe, Storage, Network, Web/Application/Middleware services, Service Management functions, or Application Development.
