We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Digital Ambassador. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers in finding products and answering questions about our merchandise.
  • Process cash and card payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Stock shelves with merchandise and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide a seamless shopping experience.

Requirements
  • Minimum GCE N/O Levels
  • On-the-job training will be provided
  • Ability to work weekends and flexible hours
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Working Hours
11am - 8pm or 12pm - 9pm, any 5 days in the week (Must be able to work weekends)
