Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage customer queries, issues, and feedback, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Identify and recommend retail banking products that meet customers' financial needs.
  • Ensure compliance with Know Your Customer and Customer Due Diligence procedures.
  • Promote and educate customers on digital banking channels, such as Internet Banking and Phone Banking.
  • Refer customers to appropriate officers for wealth, protection, and home loan needs.
  • Ensure data entry and operational transactions are executed accurately and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Diploma qualification with relevant customer service experience.
  • Proven sales experience is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with adaptability and a willingness to learn.
  • Highly driven to excel in both customer service and sales, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
