As a Passenger Service Officer, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities
  1. Being well-versed in lounge offerings, with emphasis on food and beverage options.
  2. Understanding and communicating information on allergens and dietary restrictions to guests accurately.
  3. Setting up service stations and dining tables according to established standards.
  4. Taking guest orders, serving, and presenting dishes professionally and promptly.
  5. Handling special requests, service recovery for delays or disruptions, and managing unique passenger needs with discretion.
  6. Accurately entering orders into the lounge system.
  7. Completing daily reports, shift handovers, and assisting with inventory checks.
  8. Greeting and assisting passengers during check-in and boarding.
  9. Ensuring smooth and seamless departure experiences.
Your Skills & Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a team environment.
