About This Role

  • We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Passenger Service Officers.
  • This role involves providing world-class service to passengers from check-in through departure.

As a Passenger Service Officer, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities

  • Being well-versed in lounge offerings, with emphasis on food and beverage options.
  • Understanding and communicating information on allergens and dietary restrictions to guests accurately.
  • Setting up service stations and dining tables according to established standards.
  • Taking guest orders, serving, and presenting dishes professionally and promptly.
  • Handling special requests, service recovery for delays or disruptions, and managing unique passenger needs with discretion.
  • Accurately entering orders into the lounge system.
  • Completing daily reports, shift handovers, and assisting with inventory checks.
  • Greeting and assisting passengers during check-in and boarding.
  • Ensuring smooth and seamless departure experiences.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a team environment.
  • Adaptable to changing situations and priorities.
  • Ability to learn quickly and take initiative.
  • Proficient in MS Word and other relevant software applications.
