Passenger Experience Specialist Role Overview

Deliver exceptional passenger service in a fast-paced airport environment by joining our team as Passenger Service Officers.

  • This role involves providing world-class service to passengers from check-in through departure.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring smooth and seamless departure experiences, while also being well-versed in lounge offerings and understanding customer needs.

As a Passenger Service Officer, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and qualifications in:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Setting up service stations and dining tables according to established standards.
  2. Taking guest orders, serving, and presenting dishes professionally and promptly.
  3. Handling special requests, service recovery for delays or disruptions, and managing unique passenger needs with discretion.
  4. Accurately entering orders into the lounge system.
  5. Completing daily reports, shift handovers, and assisting with inventory checks.
  6. Greeting and assisting passengers during check-in and boarding.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work in a team environment, and adapt to changing situations and priorities. You should also be proficient in MS Word and other relevant software applications.
