Airport Operations Coordinator
Job Description:
The Airport Operations Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the passenger's check-in process, handling service desk activities, and performing pre-flight and post-flight checks.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and supervising the passenger's check-in process provided by our Ground Handling Agent;
- Service desk activities such as standby, offload, upgrade, and the handling of flight disruption under the Station Manager's direction;
- Pre-flight, and post-flight checks, and reports on the airline's CRS/DCS and other internal systems;
- Acting and/or forwarding passengers' claims/complaints to the Sales & Service team;
- Invoice checking, including those for lounge each month;
- Other tasks assigned by Station Manager.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, candidates must have full work right in Singapore and meet the below minimum requirements:
- The requirement for an Airport Security Identification Card issued by Changi Airport;
- Proven interpersonal and strong customer service skills, professional appearance, cooperative attitude, flexibility in terms of scheduling with work experience in airline's passenger and flight service an advantage;
- Working knowledge of the airline's DCS, GDS & CRS with Amadeus is an advantage.
