Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to partner closely with our Chief Operating Officer in structuring, negotiating, and drafting strategic partnerships within the construction and HVAC sectors.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Drafting and reviewing term sheets, MOUs, partnership agreements, and collaboration contracts.
  • Coodinating due-diligence efforts: gathering technical, financial, and legal inputs; liaising with internal teams and external advisors.
  • Developing financial models and risk analyses to support partnership structuring and decision-making.
  • Preparing presentation materials and briefing notes for executive reviews and partner negotiations.
  • Tracking project milestones, managing compliance with contractual obligations, and monitoring partnership performance.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, corporate strategy, or project structuring ideally within construction, HVAC, or infrastructure.
  • Proven track record in assisting or leading negotiations for strategic partnerships, joint ventures, or large-scale contracts.
  • Strong understanding of contract law fundamentals and commercial terms.
