Key responsibilities of this role include:

- Taking full ownership for the P&L and lead the commercial teams
- Set objectives and growth plans to ensure plans and practices are aligned to achieving the set business goals
- Build Partnerships with banks and other FI’s to get client referrals and market expansion
- Focus on maximising revenue form key accounts either via own or other networks
- Ensure all business and regulatory standards are complied with
- Build and execute strategic plans to expand product offerings and enhance sales performance.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance and atleast 15+ years of working experience in Trade Finance/Cash Management
- A strong network within banking industry along with experience in dealing with SME and MNC businesses in trade finance/payment matters
- Excellent B2B Business Development experience with a proven track record in building and managing business relationships
- Prior experience in leading and teams essential
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to influence senior stake holders
