Job Title: Senior Growth Operations Associate
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Senior Growth Operations Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving user growth, retention, and engagement in the India market.
You will monitor metrics, plan campaigns, and collaborate with marketing and online teams to reach target audiences. Your key responsibilities will include monitoring and analyzing user behavior, gameplay trends, and key engagement metrics to drive sustainable user growth for the India market.
You will generate data-driven insights to improve player retention and activeness, plan and execute large-scale player engagement campaigns, and work closely with the marketing team to coordinate campaign promotions.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our business in the Indian gaming market.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree or higher in business or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant full-time working experience in planning and executing user acquisition and engagement campaigns for a gaming product
- Strong ability to extract meaningful insights from user data, player behavior, and game performance metrics
- Analytical, data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams
This position may be available as a contract or permanent role, depending on business needs at the time of hiring, and is subject to approval of the necessary work authorization by the relevant authorities.
OthersThis position involves the possibility of relocating to India for a long-term assignment in the future.
