**The Role**:
**Growth & Operations Associate (Full-Time)**
- Be part of a fast-growing service business with real impact and real ownership.We are looking for a resourceful and entrepreneurial Growth & Operations Associate to join our lean, ambitious team at TwoCleanGuys — a modern commercial cleaning company that is scaling quickly. You will work directly with the co-founder to run and improve the day-to-day operations of the business, manage client accounts, support our cleaning crew, and build backend systems that help us grow sustainably. If you’re someone who thrives on variety, takes ownership, and wants to learn what it takes to build a business from the ground up — this role is for you.
**What You Will Do**
Sales & Growth Ops
- Follow up with incoming leads
- Understand client requirements and prepare quotations
- Update and manage the leads funnel and follow-up pipeline
- Track conversion metrics and improve lead workflows
Operations & People
- Coordinate cleaner staffing and interviews
- Handle site briefings and onboarding for new projects
- Check in with clients after first service to ensure satisfaction
- Build and improve SOPs for cleaner management and site readiness
Logistics & Supply
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies across client sites
- Coordinate ordering and delivery of stock
- Track usage and plan timely restocking
Admin & Internal Ops
- Maintain cleaner rosters, manage leave and replacements
- Handle general administrative tasks that keep the business running
- Support payroll-related inputs and site documentation
Account Management
- Be the main point of contact for ongoing client needs and feedback
- Coordinate manpower, supplies, and updates for each client
- Proactively resolve issues and build client trust
**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong sense of ownership, follow-through, and accountability
- Proficient in Google Sheets, Docs, and other basic productivity tools
- Detail-oriented and organised, with good time management
- Clear communicator who enjoys solving problems with people
- Comfortable working independently and on-site when needed (travel expenses will be provided)
- Open to ITE / Polytechnic grads — attitude matters more than educational background
- Bonus: Class 3 licence and experience managing blue-collar teams
