Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Patient Service Officer to join our team on a contract-to-perm basis. As a key member of our patient service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, handling various administrative tasks, and supporting doctors in their daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform frontline operations including registration, appointment scheduling, referral booking, dispensing of medication, and cashier duties;
- Attend to walk-in patients and respond to phone enquiries in a timely and professional manner;
- Support doctors in language translation when needed;
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage drug inventory effectively;
- Ensure the clinic facility is clean and well-maintained at all times;
- Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and perform routine checks/audits within the clinic;
- Collate and compile patient management indicators for daily operations;
- Support in submitting medical reports and claims as required;
- Cover other facilities when necessary due to manpower constraints;
Requirements:
No prior experience is required for this role. We welcome applicants who are eager to learn and grow with us.
