The Key Responsibilities of this Position:

  • Detailed Drawings Preparation: This position involves creating architectural detailed shop-drawings and working drawings using Revit, ensuring design and details conform to project requirements.
  • BIM Coordination: As part of the project team, you will be responsible for providing timely BIM coordination and sharing knowledge with accurate information for construction purposes.
  • Information Extraction: You will extract relevant information from 3D Revit models and develop shop-drawings, resolving discrepancies with the Engineering Department and Project Team.
  • Drawings and Specifications: The successful candidate will develop detailed drawings and specifications according to client needs or requests.
  • As-built Drawings: Create as-built drawings for submission or handover upon project completion to clients or consultants.
  • Tender Bids and Drawings: Assist with tender bids and drawings by developing overall floor plans and sectional drawings.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expertise in BIM Modelling and related software is required.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team are essential.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are also necessary.
