Senior BIM ModellerAbout the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior/BIM Modeller to support our expanding portfolio. This role will involve preparing BIM models, shop drawings and detailed building drawings in alignment with project discussions and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a key contributor in preparing BIM models and shop drawings in alignment with project discussions and requirements.
  • Liaise and coordinate with subcontractors and engineers to ensure timely delivery of drawings within established deadlines.
  • Address and resolve issues raised by contractors or clients, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Participate in client meetings to gain a clear understanding of their requirements and expectations.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum tertiary education with 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Revit (MEP) & AutoCAD software and Mechanical Services knowledge is essential.
  • Able to read and understand technical drawings and translate to concepts.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, able to work independently.
  • Experience in Fire protection systems is an advantage.
Location

This role can be based on site or at our headquarters located in Central.
