BIM Modelling Opportunity
Are you an experienced BIM professional looking to take your skills to the next level? Do you have a passion for delivering high-quality building information models? We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated BIM Modeller to join our team.

Job Description:We are looking for a talented individual to participate in the development and implementation of our BIM strategy. This includes preparing detailed design drawings, models and drawing production, as well as collaborating with clients and consultants to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. A diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent recognised certificate is required, including experience in BIM.
  2. Minimum 4 years of BIM experience in a Civil and Structural Consultancy firm.
  3. Familiarity with the latest authority submission requirements.
  4. Ability to work independently and carry out drafting or BIM assignments under minimal supervision.
  5. Capable of preparing detailed drawings and authority submission drawings.
  6. Participate in project BIM meetings independently.
  7. Good planning and organisational skills in managing modelling and drafting works.
  8. Passionate about learning, developing BIM/Drafting skills in a firm, teamwork and project delivery to the highest standards.
  9. Good engineering knowledge and communication skills.
