**Job Description:**

  • As a skilled BIM Modeller, you will be responsible for all preparation drawings, coordination of drawings, technical drawings/detailing, and documentations.
  • You will utilize BIM/CAD software to create Shop drawings/Construction drawings/As-Built drawings documentations.
  • Support the project team with design engineering works, ensuring that all drawings are compliant with project specifications and requirements.
  • Check subcontractor system drawings CAD/Models and submissions prior to coordination.
  • Liaise with internal project members, subcontractors, clients, and consultants to issue Coordinated drawings for approval/construction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Revit, Business Intelligence, Microsoft Excel, Modeling, BIM, Mathematics, Drawing, Data Integration, 3D, Finish, Python, Construction Drawings, Performance Tuning, Statistics, AutoCAD.
