Operations and Human Resources Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill a dual-role position that combines operational and human resources responsibilities. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth running of our training programs while supporting the human resource needs of our organization.

Job Description

The Operations and Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end operational aspects of training programs, including scheduling, venue booking, material preparation, and logistics. This includes coordinating with trainers, participants, and vendors to ensure seamless program delivery.

The HR component of this role involves recruitment support, employee onboarding, HR administration, and policy adherence. The ideal candidate will have experience in an operations and/or HR administrative role, preferably within a training or education environment.

This executive will also assist in the preparation of reports and presentations related to operational performance, as well as provide general administrative support.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an operations and/or HR administrative role
