Financial Growth Strategist

As a Financial Growth Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our financial management platform from a comparison tool into a comprehensive hub. This position is crucial for driving our next phase of growth and innovation by leading the partnerships function for our Singapore market.

About The Role
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive affiliate and partnership strategy to drive growth and integration of our financial management platform.
  • Team Leadership: Lead an account manager in providing guidance and support to ensure his/her professional development and success.
  • Affiliate Recruitment: Spearhead efforts to recruit and onboard top-tier affiliates and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
  • Affiliate Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with tier 1 & 2 affiliates in Singapore.
  • Channel Partner Management: Maintain and grow relationships with key channel partners to strengthen collaboration and maximize distribution opportunities.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Champion the use of data to inform strategies and decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal operational and creative teams to refine landing pages and marketing campaigns.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Risk Management: Evaluate and mitigate revenue risks associated with new strategies and initiatives.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in account management/partnerships role with strong knowledge of the e-commerce and affiliate/content creator industry.
  • Exceptional communication skills, particularly in presenting complex quantitative analysis in targeted messaging.
  • Ability to interface and communicate with different internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in identifying growth opportunities and driving the implementation of solutions to realize them.
  • Strong understanding of revenue drivers and commercial environment.
  • Demonstrated skills in understanding conversion drivers in an online environment.
  • Knowledge of statistics and applying to commercial problem-solving.
  • A proven track record of working on own initiative and an instinctive attitude with a strong focus on delivering results.
