Senior Business Partnership Specialist

This role is a strategic advisor who builds strong relationships with senior leaders and HR teams to develop and execute organisational strategies.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Establish partnerships with business units to drive effectiveness while implementing programmes and initiatives
    • Identify gaps and opportunities where people-related risks can be minimised and influence solutions/outcomes
    • Provide advice on policies and procedures including employment legislation, talent management, performance management, recruitment, manpower planning, rewards strategies, and employee engagement
    • Work closely with the Shared Services team on hiring requirements of business units and appointment/re-appointment of staff on a timely basis
    • Facilitate and advise senior leaders in managing matters pertaining to industrial relations, employee grievances, conduct, and discipline
    • Collaborate with stakeholders and senior leaders to drive all initiatives such as manpower planning and projection, budgeting, employee engagement surveys, people development programs, change management plans, performance management, etc.
