Job Title: Strategic Partnership Leader

The role of a Strategic Partnership Leader is pivotal in developing and executing partnership strategies that drive the growth of an organisation's ecosystem. This involves creating synergies across public, private, and community sectors to amplify the reach and relevance of various programmes.

About the Role:
  • This position will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to foster high-impact collaborations, ultimately deepening engagement with individuals and enterprises alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, secure, and nurture strategic partnerships to create mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and maximise synergy across outreach, marketing, and programme delivery.
  • Analyse the effectiveness of partnership initiatives, incorporating feedback and market insights to refine strategies for greater impact and sustainability.

Requirements:

  • Up to 7 years of experience in partnership engagement, business development, or strategic planning, preferably in the public sector or a mission-driven organisation.
  • A proven ability to initiate and close strategic partnerships that deliver mutual value.
  • Strong account management and stakeholder engagement skills, along with exceptional interpersonal, communication, and networking abilities.
  • Able to identify and develop new business opportunities aligned with organisational goals.
  • Analytical and strategic mindset with a solutions-oriented approach.
