We are a dynamic Non-Governmental Organisation seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Strategic HR Business Partner for Growth.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled HR expert to drive business growth and support the delivery of organisational objectives. Reporting to the Manager, People, Culture, Organisation (PCO), the successful candidate will be responsible for executing HR administration, assisting with employee engagement, and providing strategic HR guidance to ensure the organisation's compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities
  • HR Operations and Administration: Manage HR operations, including recruitment, selection, and separation processes, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Employee Engagement: Serve as the first point of contact for employee needs and enquiries, communicate regularly with employees on HR matters, and provide support in employee engagement and organisation development events.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Administer payroll, staff benefits, leave, claims, EAP, insurance, and related statutory submissions such as CPF and Income Tax.
  • Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, provide administrative support for various people practice pillars, and ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess a minimum Diploma in HR with 3 years' experience in HR Operations and Basic understanding of various HR Operations roles. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications, have a service mindset, be proactive, detailed, and meticulous, with excellent communication skills and ability to work well with other departments.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $$5,500 - $7,500 per month, depending on your experience and qualifications, plus additional benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.
