Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Support: Respond to and follow up on sales inquiries, maintain and develop existing and new customer relationships through planned individual account support.
  • Telemarketing: Establish and make phone calls to targeted customers, assess and qualify sales opportunities, and arrange sales appointments.
  • Negotiation and Quotations: Negotiate competitive costs from overseas offices, agents, and shipping lines, and prepare official quotations.
  • Sales Lead and Promotion: Assess, qualify, and pursue sales opportunities, submit reports, and create customer awareness of our services.
  • Customer Service: Establish SOPs with network and customer service teams to ensure understanding of customer requirements.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess a minimum GCE 'O' level or its equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the Freight Forwarding industry is preferred.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Self-motivated.
  • A team player.
  • Pro-active.
  • Good inter-personal skills and customer-focused attitude.
