Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Leader to drive business growth across the ASEAN region.

This role will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing high-performing teams, and driving revenue growth across our diverse portfolio of technology solutions.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of consulting services and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the ASEAN region
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals across ASEAN countries
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and industry leaders in the region
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence in ASEAN
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment of sales efforts
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure and handover to delivery teams
  • Work closely with presales teams to develop compelling proposals, presentations, and demonstrations
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies
  • Achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Requirements:Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in technology sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in the ASEAN region
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions, particularly in areas such as CRM, financial planning, data analytics, and cloud technologies
  • Experience selling consulting services and complex technology solutions to C-level executives
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and navigate diverse business practices across ASEAN countries
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the ASEAN region
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in one or more ASEAN languages is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred
