**Sales/Marketing Director (China-ASEAN Corridor)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategy Development**:Craft and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy tailored to the China-ASEAN corridor, focusing on food-related and nursing equipment products.
- **Channel Building**:Identify, develop, and manage sales and marketing channels, including distributors, agents, and partnerships, to maximize market penetration and revenue growth.
- **Market Analysis**:Conduct in-depth market research to understand trends, challenges, and opportunities within the China and ASEAN markets, adapting strategies as necessary.
- **Team Leadership**:Lead and inspire a team of sales and marketing professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**:Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and customers, to ensure alignment and drive mutual success.
- **Brand Advocacy**:Champion our brand, ensuring our value proposition is clearly communicated and understood in target markets, enhancing our brand presence and reputation.

**Requirements**:

- **Proven Experience**:A good level of experience in sales and marketing, with a significant focus on international trade, preferably between China and ASEAN countries.
- **Market Expertise**:Deep understanding of the food and nursing equipment industries, as well as the cultural, economic, and regulatory landscapes of China and ASEAN markets.
- **Strategic Thinker**:Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with a track record of successfully launching products and building markets in new territories.
- **Leadership**:Exceptional leadership and team management skills, capable of motivating and leading teams towards achieving ambitious goals.
- **Communication**:Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English and Mandarin. Proficiency in an ASEAN language is a plus.
- **Adaptability**:Ability to adapt to rapidly changing market conditions and business needs, with a problem-solving mindset.
