Job Title: Talent Management Executive

We are seeking an experienced executive to lead our talent management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a multi-year talent management strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Design and launch leadership development programs targeting high-potential employees and existing leaders.
  • Establish and maintain a robust succession planning framework ensuring critical roles have identified successors.
  • Maintain talent analytics dashboards to track key metrics such as turnover, internal mobility, and leadership pipeline health.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent management, organizational development, and/or Human Resource Business Partnering.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of talent management principles and contemporary practices.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and provide insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking, with the ability to develop and implement talent management strategies that align with business objectives.
