Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Trade Marketing Specialist to drive business growth by developing and executing strategic plans that align with industry trends.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute trade marketing strategies to deliver distribution gains, market share, and revenue objectives in the FMCG/consumer goods sector.
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to ensure brand strategies are aligned with channel opportunities.
  • Monitor and manage inventory flow to prevent stockouts and optimize sales performance.
  • Analyze monthly brand and sales performance reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Design and implement trade promotions and activation plans to maximize sell-through and boost sales growth.
  • Manage promotional funds to generate revenue growth and increase brand visibility.
  • Partner with brand principals to develop joint business plans and achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in trade marketing, brand management, or sales within FMCG/consumer goods.
  • Knowledge of retail and trade channels, including market trends and consumer behavior.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.
