Roles & Responsibilities:

Maximize retail and FMCG opportunities by executing a comprehensive business plan aligned with strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing a strategic retail and FMCG growth plan to drive sales revenue and deliver exceptional customer experiences;
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key retail partners and distributors to optimize market reach and drive sales growth;
  • Leading high-performing teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement through effective leadership and communication skills;
  • Analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and competition to identify business opportunities and drive strategic decision-making;
  • Ensuring optimal inventory management, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to drive sales and profitability;
  • Monitoring and measuring key performance indicators, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum 5-8 years of experience in senior leadership roles within the FMCG industry;
  • A proven track record of success in driving sales growth and achieving business targets;
  • Strong knowledge of retail operations, supply chain management, and consumer trends;
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams;
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on results and innovation;
  • Strong commercial acumen and business understanding, with the ability to make data-driven decisions;
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
