They are seeking a Sales Manager to lead and drive commercial success across key channels. This is a critical role for a high-performing commercial professional who enjoys building partnerships, driving sales growth, and leading teams in a dynamic market.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
  • Manage, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to deliver strong performance.
  • Drive distribution, visibility, and availability of products across modern trade, general trade, and key accounts.
  • Build strong customer relationships and negotiate win-win agreements with key partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and finance to deliver seamless execution of plans.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
  2. 7–10 years of sales experience in FMCG, with proven success in team leadership.
